Administrative Message
On behalf of the Draper Park Middle School Administration, I would like to extend a note of sincere gratitude for the Draper Park community. Draper Park Middle houses the most precious commodity anyone can receive, our children. We accept this responsibility with humility, vigor, compassion, and courage.
Courage is a word that you should hear often from your students. It is an acronym that stands for:
C – Concept Mastery
O – Outstanding Work Ethic
U – Understanding and Empathy
R – Respect and Responsibility
A – Accountable for Time and Place
G – Give Back
E – Engage
At Draper Park we are striving to ensue success for our students. We are teaching them to use COURAGE in their daily activities. We appreciate and value the support we receive from our school-wide community.
COURAGE will also be demonstrated on February 3 and 4 at Student-Led Conferences. We encourage you take the opportunity to attend and work collaboratively with your student’s teachers.
As most of you are aware our courageous students will soon be performing in the musical, “Aladdin”. Under the direction of Mrs. Jessica Pearce almost 200 students will perform at 7:30 p.m. February 29 – March 5. You won’t want to miss it!
It is my honor and privilege to work at such an amazing school!
Sincerely,
Jodi Roberts
Assistant Principal
